Can we do tomorrow another day? (2023)
Paul Simonon collaborated with singer-songwriter Galen Ayers on a project heavily influenced by their shared love for visual art and European culture. The album was heavily influenced by Simonon's time in Mallorca and London, where he focused on painting during the lockdown, culminating in his Two Years: London & Mallorca exhibition.
While the project is primarily musical, it is heavily informed by Paul Simonon's visual sensibility and his recent experience in painting, which he often describes as creating "poems in paint".
